Mirenme is a private, self-hosted social media scheduling tool operated by Carlos Ormeño ("we", "us") at mirenme.com. It lets authorized users connect their own social media accounts (including TikTok) and schedule, create and publish content to those accounts. Access is limited to accounts we authorize; it is not offered as a public service.
By accessing Mirenme or connecting a social media account to it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for the social media accounts you connect and for all content you schedule or publish through Mirenme. You confirm that you own or have the rights to the content and that it complies with the terms, community guidelines and policies of each platform it is published to, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Mirenme connects to third-party platforms (such as TikTok) through their official APIs. Those platforms may change, limit or revoke API access at any time. We are not responsible for the availability, behavior or policies of third-party platforms. You may disconnect a platform account from Mirenme at any time from the integrations settings, or by revoking access from the platform's own settings.
You agree not to use Mirenme to publish spam, misleading, unlawful, infringing or harmful content; to violate any platform's policies; to interfere with the service; or to access it without authorization.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service, or these Terms, at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of access to third-party accounts arising from the use of Mirenme.
